The Rolls Royce of our support offerings, Lozngra removes the responsibility of managing your server away from your business completely. Day to day tasks such as Anti-Virus updates, operating system hotfixes and service packs are managed and scheduled by our technicians. We can even take on the burden of managing your e-mail, file system and user accounts.
By installing specialist software on your servers, we can view real-time performance figures, be alerted of any potential issues in advance and be immediately notified if anything untoward should occur.
As well as managing your servers, Lozngra can also manage your network, which encompasses your hubs, switches, routers and firewalls. This service can also be extended to cover your internet connection and inter-office links.

This service is targeted at the section of customers who require specialist servers, but do not want the overhead of employing specialist staff to monitor and manage these servers.
Although we ask our customers to pre-pay some of the costs of this service, the unit cost is significantly less than the basic support package.
