As a small business, Lozngra is conscious of obtaining value for money on any of our line-of-business software products. To this end we have evaluated hundreds of types of products from many different vendors, and have formed partnerships with a small number of companies who we feel offer high quality products at lower cost than many mainstream solutions. These products include, but are not limited to email downloaders with built in anti-virus and spam control, secure remote control software, flexible e-mail servers, robust internet proxy servers and low overhead network monitoring software. Add these products to the mainstream solutions we specialise in, Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Citrix Presentation Server, Symantec Anti-Virus and Backup software and the GFI monitoring suites, and you can be assured that any solution Lozngra specify for you has been thought through from every angle, be a solid robust system and has been specified to meet the current and future requirements of your business.
Vanilla Solution?
In many conversations with prospective clients, the first question we are commonly asked is "...so what would you recommend". It's then a case of explaining how every solution specify is based exclusively on customer requirements. More often than not we base our recommendations on our "vanilla" solution, which in the small business environment is the Standard version of Microsoft's Small Business Server 2003. This for a high proportion of small businesses, is the entry point to the Server Based Computing arena, and is a fantastically priced product. However, SBS does have its limitations, the POP3 downloader is functional at best, the standard product has no simple interface for monitoring and restricting internet access, it has no anti-virus, backups are very basic. It's on these limitations that we build our bespoke solutions, and specify products that will dovetail with the way the customer works and fit in with business and financial constraints.
